The hourly rate listed below is charged for professional services, including travel time to and from our office, inspections and file review. The rate for testimony (including trial and deposition preparation and appearances) is charged according to the rate schedule which can be downloaded below.
Mileage will be charged at a rate of $0.75 per mile for all job related travel.
A charge of $1.25 will be made per photograph, and $1.75 per reprints. It is our policy not to release photo negatives.
A charge of $25.00 per page covers report typing, copies, assembly, etc.
These items (such as airline tickets, hotels, and meal expenses) will be billed at our direct cost plus 10%.
We expect to be paid promptly, and not contingent upon other settlements, etc. A service charge of 2% per month will be added to any unpaid balance.
We will invoice our client for deposition expenses regardless of arrangements made between attorneys. Payment may be requested from deposing attorney, to be made at the deposition.
